it's okay.

I'd forgotten how it felt.
When this is all falls apart.
When the sky turns dark, and the rain drops falls down.
Have you seen
What I wanted you to see?
It never really mattered, but it does to me.

Of all broken shards, fallen books and lost memories.
Do you know that room was filled with these?
I've survived, I remember.
When you walked past and didn't stop to listen.
When birds sang and we can't comprehend.

I guess this is goodbye.
So long and farewell.
Nothing seems the same anymore.
Things have changed for me.
But that's okay.
I won't ever feel the same.
I don't know if I'll ever move on, but I'm still hanging on.
